Shipping Policy

After placing you order you’ll receive a confirmation email. If nothing is stated at product information we aim to ship all orders within 5 working dates. Orders are sent via "Lietuvos Pastas" (Lithuanian Post) service (unless otherwise stated) by using registered service with tracking option. Once your order has been shipped we will provide you with a tracking number. We do not cover any local taxes or import duties that may apply depending on your location. For extra shipping insurance please contact us prior placing your order.

Return Policy

You can return your online purchase within 7 days of receiving your order. To process a return, please send us an email. Returns won’t be accepted without pre-approval. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns should be shipped with tracking number as we cannot take responsibility for item(s) lost in transit.
